3. Data collection and data processing
3.1. Access to our website, data security
AJH collects and stores so-called log files data, which your browser automatically transmits. These are:
- browser type/version,
- operating system,
- URL of the previously visited website,
- URL of the page you retrieve on the website,
- IP address of the accessing terminal,
- the name and URL of the requested file,
- the transferred amount of data,
- the message whether the retrieval was successful, as well as
- date and time of retrieval of the website.
The collection of this data is necessary for technical reasons. They can not be assigned to you by AJH. A merge of this data with other data sources will not be done. The use of the website is not technically possible without provision of your IP address.
This site is TLS-encrypted to protect your privacy. In addition, the AJH shall take appropriate technical and organizational measures within the meaning of Art. 5, taking into account the state of the art, the implementation costs and the nature, scope, circumstances and purposes of the processing and the likelihood and severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons 32 DS-GMO.
3.2.1. General information
Insofar as you have agreed to this when visiting the website, AJH stores cookies on the storage medium of your device in order to make your visit to the website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions. This serves our sales interest as legitimate interest.

To ensure an anonymous collection of IP addresses, the source code of Google Analytics has been extended by the code "anonymizeIP". The IP addresses are thus processed only shortened, in order to exclude a personal reference. The IP address provided by Google Analytics as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

3.2.3. Embedded YouTube videos
YouTube videos are embedded on our website. Provider of the respective plug-ins and the associated website at https://www.youtube.com is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (hereinafter referred to as "YouTube"). YouTube is a service provided by Google. Google LLC operates under the EU-US Privacy Shield and is certified accordingly (Article 46 (2) (f)) in connection with Art. 42 (1) DS-GMO).
In doing so, we use the advanced privacy mode offered by YouTube that prevents cookies from being set automatically. Please note that the videos will only be displayed to you if you agree to the setting of cookies via the banner of our website.
When you click a YouTube video to view, it will connect to YouTube's servers. YouTube receives the information from which website you click on the video. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube may personally associate your browsing behavior with you. This can be prevented by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.
4. Contact form
Via the link "contact" you have the possibility to send us a message. After clicking on this link you will be asked to complete an online form with your data. The data fields marked with an asterisk are compulsory and serve the processing of your request and the subsequent feedback on our part. This is done depending on your position as an interested party or contact person of a customer for the execution of pre-contractual measures or for the execution of the contract. The other details are voluntary and will also be used when processing your request with subsequent feedback.
Without providing the mandatory information, you will not receive any feedback on your request. The non-provision of voluntary information has no effect.
5. Job offers
You can view current open positions at AJH or another company within the Jäger Group under the links to “Careers” and “Open positions.”Data is processed by AJH and the Jäger Group company offering the position. If the company is headquartered in a country outside of the EU and EEA, AJH shall take the protective measures required by law (such as binding internal data privacy guidelines pursuant to Art. 27 GDPR) to ensure the company provides an appropriate level of data privacy. You may exercise all rights accorded to you under this Data Privacy Notice, in particular the rights indicated under clause 10, towards the Jäger Group company offering the position.
If we receive an application from you, all data will be used to inspect and review your application and to carry out the application process, and therefore for pre-contractual purposes and, if applicable, to initiate an employment relationship. We require your e-mail address to directly confirm receipt of your application. Contact information, including your telephone number if provided, is used to contact you, for instance to set up an initial interview.
We will save your applicant data for up to 6 months after the desired training or work position has been assigned. Directly after the training or work position has been assigned, data from applicants who did not receive the position will be blocked for any other use besides clarifying applicant claims. Data will only be saved and used for purposes other than this if you have given us or the respective Jäger Group company your express consent to continue saving your applicant data, or if AJH and/or the respective company has a legitimate interest to do so, for instance to fulfill a burden of proof in legal proceedings. If an employment or training contract is concluded with an applicant, we will save and process their data to carry out the employment relationship, and therefore for contractual purposes.
5.2. Application forms
As a special service, we also offer an online application form by Prescreen International GmbH, Mariahilfer Straße 17, 1060 Vienna (hereinafter referred to as “Prescreen”). Prescreen operates a job portal under the domain jobbase.io (hereinafter referred to as “job portal”) on which AJH places job advertisements for itself and for other companies within the Jäger Group, receiving applications through the application form on that website. The stipulations of clause 5.1 apply accordingly to data collection, use, storage, and deletion. Prescreen acts in this respect as a processor and has concluded an agreement with us to this effect.
Click the link/icon on our website to access the job portal. To use the service, you will have to register and thereby enter into a user relationship with AJH. Your registration will expire 6 months after the conclusion of the application process. If you have granted your consent to Prescreen during the registration process for any reason, for instance to receive their newsletter, the purpose, legal basis, and duration for which your personal data are saved may differ from the specifications of clause 5.1.

The provision of all data to us is neither contractually nor legally required.
8. Storage duration and deletion of data
The data stored in our server log files, which your browser transmits to us, will be deleted at regular intervals. The data you provide us to contact will be deleted once your request has been fully clarified. If data is required as evidence, it will be kept for the duration of the statutory limitation period or until the end of the corresponding procedure. The period of limitation can be up to 30 years, with the regular limitation period ending after 3 years.
For applicant data, Section 5 of this data-protection declaration applies with regard to the deletion.
9. Disclosure of your data
We only disclose your data to third parties if we are entitled or obliged to do so under current law. The same applies if we receive your data from third parties.
Eligibility also exists if third parties process the data on our behalf: If we do not carry out our own business activities (e.g. operation of the website, creation and sending of advertising material, data analysis and, if necessary, data cleansing), we then have them carried out by other contractors, and these activities are related to the processing of your data, we have previously contracted these companies to use the data only for the purposes permitted by law. We are authorized to control these companies to that extent. A duty to share data is given, for example, when requested by a law enforcement agency.
10. Your rights
You may, at any time, object to the processing of personal data relating to us for reasons that arise from your particular situation. You can use the above mentioned contact options. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data, unless we can establish compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or processing based on legal claims on our part.
You also have the right to revoke granted consent with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the data processing based on the consent, however, remains unaffected until the exercise of the revocation.
You have the right at any time to receive free information about the data stored by us, to correct incorrect data and to block or delete data. You also have the right to receive your data in a structured, common and machine-readable format and to have your information transmitted to someone else through us.
Your respective request can be directed to us by using the contact details mentioned in sections 1 and 2.
In addition to the aforementioned rights, you also have in principle the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
